Alexandria, Egypt — June 30, 2026 — Sinovcle Group, a China-based automotive export company, has signed a strategic investment cooperation agreement with its Egyptian partner to establish an automotive assembly facility and regional trade and delivery hub in Egypt.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Egypt’s Ministry of Industry, Alexandria Governorate, Alexandria Customs Authority, government agencies, and business partners from both sides. Mr. Felix Zou, Chairman of Sinovcle Group, attended the ceremony and delivered remarks.
The partnership represents a major milestone in Sinovcle’s international expansion and highlights the transformation of China’s automotive industry — from vehicle exports toward localized manufacturing and global industrial collaboration.
Leveraging Egypt’s strategic location connecting Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, the project aims to develop an integrated automotive ecosystem covering manufacturing, supply chain coordination, and regional distribution, serving customers across Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean region.

Establishing a North Africa Manufacturing Base and Strengthening Regional Supply Capabilities
Under the agreement, Sinovcle and its Egyptian partner will jointly develop an automotive assembly plant, with Phase I planned to reach an annual production capacity of 10,000 vehicles.
The facility will introduce advanced Chinese new energy vehicle products, technologies, and supply chain resources, supporting the growth of Egypt’s automotive manufacturing capabilities.
In parallel, the project will establish a regional vehicle trading and distribution center, enhancing capabilities in vehicle sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and market delivery.
Through this regional supply network, customers across the Mediterranean market will benefit from faster response times and improved delivery efficiency, with delivery cycles expected to be shortened to 7–15 days.
The project marks an important step for Sinovcle as it evolves from an export-focused business model toward deeper cooperation in manufacturing, supply chains, and overseas operations.

Expanding from Africa to North Africa Through Localized Automotive Development
With years of experience in global automotive exports, Sinovcle Group integrates vehicle sourcing, export compliance, international logistics, and overseas service capabilities to provide partners worldwide with comprehensive automotive solutions.
The company has already established its presence in Africa, including the development and operation of an SKD vehicle assembly project in Ghana, advancing its transition from vehicle exports to localized market operations.
Egypt was selected as a key strategic location due to its unique position as a gateway between Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, as well as its growing automotive industry potential.
Through initiatives such as the Automotive Industry Development Program (AIDP), Egypt has been actively promoting automotive localization and attracting international investment into its automotive sector.
The Egypt project will further connect China’s automotive supply chain strengths with overseas market demand, enhancing Sinovcle’s ability to serve global customers and support the international growth of Chinese automotive brands.

Building Long-Term Value Through China–Egypt Automotive Cooperation
During the ceremony, Mr. Felix Zou, Chairman of Sinovcle Group, stated:
“Egypt is a key strategic market in Sinovcle’s global automotive development. This cooperation is not only a business partnership, but also a foundation for long-term industrial collaboration.”
He added that Sinovcle will bring its supply chain expertise and international market experience to Egypt, supporting local automotive manufacturing, technology exchange, and talent development.
Future cooperation will focus on vehicle assembly, component supply, technical collaboration, and workforce development, helping strengthen Egypt’s automotive industry capabilities.

From China’s Automotive Strength to Global Industry Collaboration
As the global automotive industry accelerates toward electrification, smart mobility, and regionalized supply chains, China’s automotive capabilities are creating new opportunities worldwide.
The establishment of Sinovcle’s Egypt facility will further strengthen its global network across Africa, the Middle East, and international markets, building an integrated platform covering supply chain integration, regional manufacturing, and global distribution.
Moving forward, Sinovcle Group will continue to pursue localized growth, long-term partnerships, and sustainable development — working with global partners to create greater value across the automotive industry.
From exporting vehicles to building industries, from China to the world, Sinovcle is taking the next step in global automotive cooperation.
The Egypt project marks a significant milestone in Sinovcle’s international journey and opens a new chapter for China–Egypt automotive collaboration.
